Well today was the big day. I didn't think for 1minute that I would be able to run for 20 minutes but can you believe it I did it. I ran for 4.3 km in 20 minutes I can't tell you how great it felt. Starting to feel like a proper runner πŸ˜€

Wow. That looks like you are going quite quickly. Not sure ill go that far. What do you use to measure distance. I already have music playing and the lovely sarah millican. Do you use another app for distance?

Hi

Yes I use map my run I think it must be wrong though I can't believe I went that far but that's what it said so it must be right. But with the warm up and down i didn't run all of that way but that is how far I travelled in 30 minutes πŸ˜€

Let me know how you get on I feel that has really helped me as I felt that I would be no where near the 5 k mark but I have now realised that it is achievable and really I'm not that far off and I have surprised myself 😳

It's a fantastic feeling thank you so much for your message

I'm still not convinced you know. Until I get to that point and have a go myself, I reckon you're all telling fibs. :p

Good for you to be honest I wasn't going to even try it. I though I will do week 6 run1 and miss it out and come back to it, but then I thought give it a go and see what happens and blow me down there's me running for 20 minutes. It wasn't pretty mind πŸ˜€

Good time for the 20 minute run Archer 1, if you run at that pace, you might get to 5K in week 7, let alone week 8 or 9.

Well done! ( I’m an old fart running here)
