Just done week 8 run 2 and I think I have found my rhythm for the 38mins out managing about 4.5k and this is similar to run 1.
Going to the longer times is great and I can’t believe I am saying that.

You've nailed it exactly Neverranbefore, it is all about the rhythm, once you have that, it all falls into place... Enjoy these runs to graduation! 👍🏃
Good job... steady pace is something I didn’t get until after graduation and yep, rhythm helps a lot!
