Week 7 Done and dusted

Greetings from sunny South Africa :).

Really happy I've completed week 7.

My first run for this week was just too hot, so I headed out at 6:30 a.m. for my second run but by 7:12 it was already baking down. This morning I headed out at 6 a.m. and it was overcast, although very humid and already 19 Celsius.

I've enjoyed running and looking forward to week 8.

Great job... enjoy week 8. Nice to hear someone avoiding the heat, while my run 1 seems like yesterday, running in the heat seems forever ago.
