Quite enjoyed this run this evening. I found a good pace & rhythm plus my breathing was easier to control than the past two runs. In those, I really struggled with the last 5 minutes of the 25 but I did it with relative ease tonight, I even had enough left in the tank to really up my speed and finished on a real high. Could've ran for even longer so that's a good sign. Can definitely feel myself getting fitter and it's a great feeling. Looking forward to run 3! 😎

Perfect run. 3rd repeat on the duration, good time to push a little and let rip at the end. You’re stronger run by run, and it’s good to know what you got in that tank. Now, train like a pro, you’ve just proved a lot to yourself, take the next run easy. You got 3 repeats coming again in week 8, maybe attack #2 or #3.

Brilliant well done. You know you've nailed the pace when you complete the run so comfortably. Keep that for run 3 and graduation is in your sights!
