So today I should be doing my run but I feel so ill. I'm full of cold, a banging head and I'm so tired.
Did a 14 hour day yesterday was working in nursery with 40 kids then straight to collect my son and sort out his treatment then straight to college.
I really want to run today but I don't think I will do it with 100% of me..... What do you think I should do? Oh and to top it off its that time of the month 😭

I was felled by a cold the week before last and just couldn’t do it. Sometimes rest is best. You will not have lost your fitness if you take a few days to recover. When you get back out there - just go slow and you’ll be fine. Hope you feel better soon.
I'd rest for the day and have a go tomorrow. sounds like you've had a lot on and will only feel worse if you try to push yourself when you're physically and mentally exhausted. A 2 day rest between runs won't hurt and you could find you have a better run for the rest.
Don't push it when you're not well it can be counter productive. Listen to your body. I'm sure you can tell the difference between your body and gremlins. Listen to the first but not the second 👂
