Went reasonably smoothly, it helps knowing that the achy calfs (calves?) will ease up a bit after a while - not sure i would have noticed that if it wasn't for the good advice i've had from the good eggs on here. This running lark - s'pretty good really isn't it? 😁

I think so 😂

Great job... now you know you got this right? Couple of little steps up and it’s done... time to start thinking about where next! Keep loving it.

Calves, yes!

Running really is brilliant.

Stretching them afterwards will also help the aches

Thanks! I am trying to stretch after, i've focused more on the dynamic stretches before (which have helped a lot) though so far. I need to get on that really.
