Week 6 run 2.....I did it but struggled!

Completed this run today but definitely didn't enjoy it and it was the first time I did nearly give up on a run.

During the 2nd 10 minute run, i just kept on saying out loud.....don't stop over and over again!!

Would love to say..and before I knew it,SM was telling me it was time to stop but in reality I was begging her to say it was done!!

Not sure how I feel about the next run which is 25 mins but I will be giving it my best shot!!

I definitely found W6R1 and W6R2 far more difficult than W5R3 or W6R3.

Really have no idea but wouldn’t fear the longer runs.

I use to find it strange when people said they found the longer runs easier but I’ve also found it to be true.

Great job... dug in deep and beat those tricky intervals... slow and steady into the next one and you’ll be fine.

Yes week 6 was a bugger. I'm not sure why but week 7 was much better. As usual I suppose the advice would be to slow down and someone on here spoke about really clutching onto the positive moments when you have a tough run which I have found really helpful. So like ooh how nice that cloud looks, or mmm, the wind feels nice on my skin rather than thinking about time or distance.
