Graduated!

With a few extra weeks due to injury I have finally completed couch to 5k. For a very much non runner just wanting to get fit and feel better after having a baby this has been great and I can't recommend it enough. Didn't quite manage 5k, but 4.88k isn't too bad in 30 mins and I'm going to persevere to get to 5k eventually.

Well done! It's a great feeling, isn't it?

Keep consistent with your three runs a week and you'll soon make it to 5K. It took me four weeks post-finish.

You're doing really well. Keep us posted...

EXCELLENT. We are all so proud of you... and, as for 4.88... who cares. You ran for 30 mins, and that is quite something.
