Well that's it I completed run 3 of week 9 last night and actually ran a bit more than the 5k. So I fell absolutely chuffed to bits fitter stronger lighter and faster what more could you want in 9 weeks?
Can't wait for Lauras new pod-casts im May meantime I shall keep completing week 9 and extending the 5 minutes at the beginning and end.
Good luck to all you newbies and those that are fast approaching the end keep it up it is a fantastic achievement.

well done & to have run 5k as well. dont hear that very often
the new podcasts, if anything like the trial one, are done by audiofuel. if you go to audiofuel.co.uk then youll get an idea of what might be coming.
I bought the run wild 2 downloads. really good & you get lots of motivation on that one with reminders about running/relaxing into a run. worth the money.
well done you!!!!!!!! i didnt know laura was doing another podcast when is it out? do you know? i have another week and 1 run before graduating getting excited
More than 5km is amazing! Super-speedy. Did you run it in under 30mins or carry on running for some of the cool down? Either way it's a massive achievement, now you can just go on & on & on.......
Congratulations on both graduating and completing 5k. Most I could do in 30 mins was 4.1km, Whilst I can now do 5k it just takes me longer (39 mins best time so far) so very jealous of you being able to do it by w9 and in 30 mins!!!!
I think that deserves a pint of your favourite isotonic drink and half a dozen jelly babies in celebration (you know how the race diet is going to take over)!
