Just completed this run which I surprised myself that I managed to run all of the eight minute runs ..... not sure I’ll be able to do 20 minutes without stopping but am going to give it my best shot on Friday.

The run you just did is a longer workout than the one you do next... believe in yourself and go off slow and steady, you can do it.
I’ve just done run 1 of week 5 and seen my next run for Saturday morning, I felt the same seeing it but we come this far so we can do it!!!
I think everyone has that same thought but there will be something inside you that gets you there! Enjoy Friday!
You will, if I managed - and I did - then there’s hope for anyone! I’m a 62 year old (how did that happen?) overweight, though I’m working on that too, female who has just completed wk6, run2 AND I did a park run last Saturday with my daughter, and only walked for about 5 mins. It wasn’t easy, but I feel like Wonder Woman!! 😁😂😂
I've also just completed this run and shocked myself, you'll be fine, just keep slow and steady

Well I can’t believe I managed to run for the twenty minutes ..... took it nice and slow. Hopefully next time i will do it quicker 😊🏃♀️ x
