So after graduating I kept up the W9R3 schedule three times a week for a few weeks, adding on a couple of minutes every couple of runs. Finally stretched it out to 5.1k yesterday ... somewhere between 35 and 40 mins so no records being threatened around here ha ha !! Still now I know I can hit the distance, not bothered about the time for now
