After completing Couch 2 5k after a couple of hiccups I never really knew how far I had run and didn't know what to do next. So I've been running the Couch to 5k plus pods and continuing with week 9. I now also run with Map my Run and this morning continued to finally reach 5k! Hurrah! So pleased with myself. So now I might pluck up the courage for a Park Run! Good luck to everyone in their quests and happy running! π

Good for you! Parkrun is fun! All kinds of folks pitch up and they all muddle in happily together.

Well done. The vast majority appear to love Parkrun so it is at least worth a try.
