Today's the day for this run but I feel awful. I've got stomach cramps and in pain. If I don't go ill feel like I've failed so do I just attempt it anyway and see how I go?

Take a rest day if your not 100% llovethatcake. The run will be waiting for you when you feel a little better👍🏻

Not advisable, 1 day off is OK

I'd leave it for today if I were you, the last thing you want is to sicken yourself. It's not a failure, only a little set back and that's going to happen so don't punish yourself over it.

I agree with the others; take a day off- running is supposed to be a positive experience, no point going if you are not well. It isn't a fail, just a kindness to yourself. Hope you feel better soon

Why not leave it and see how you feel later? There is a lot of the day left yet. If not, take an extra rest day, run when its right for you.

Running is a way of being kind to yourself. But running when you aren’t feeling well isn’t! Maybe try some stretches or relaxation techniques today and run tomorrow or the next day xx.

Take an extra day off, stomach ache and cramps aren’t a great combination and doing a run probably will make you feel worse.

See how you feel tomorrow and make a decision from there.

I felt lousy yesterday and put off my W4R3 but felt much better today and completed it. If you don’t feel up to it have an extra rest day and get better. I am finding that more than of doing the runs Is in your head so try and start feeling on top of things. Good luck

I had an extra rest day before completing a park run yesterday and, if anything, it helped. One day delay won’t hinder your progress. I hope you’re feeling better soon 🙂

I hope you rested. One rest day or even two will have you feeling more determined and in better shape for success.

Don't Dread any of the runs, each one is a challenge yes, but be excited and anticipate the high you will feel at the end.

That cup won't be far away 🏆
