Hi

I've got up to w3r2 but I've not ran for over a week now because of ill health and now bad weather.

Should I start wk3 again or go onto next run ?

Thanks

Either is ok but I’d try run 3 and see how it goes

Thanks I did it woo hoo

try Run 3 as it’s only been a week and you should be okay. If you struggle with it you can always do a re-run. Lots of us duplicated runs for similar reasons.Just go nice and low and steady, especially with this weather!
