Week 4 was actually the biggest step up in running time ... from 9 minutes in W3 to 16 in W4 (72% increase). Your body is ready after 14 runs of Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.1, and 5.2 but your mind is playing tricks. The endurance and fitness have been built - everything you've done so far has prepared you for this.
