If you're followed the programme so far, you'll be fine. Just take it sloooowly and relax.

trust in yourself and listen to Laura. So many before you, myself included, asked themselves the very same question and then proceeded to run for 20 mins. good luck

You'll be surprised. And the feeling when you do it will be the best you experience in the whole of the programme. This is the turning point; everything changes after this. If you've got this far, you CAN and WILL do the 20 minutes tomorrow. Good luck, and enjoy it!

I have that to do next week and am asking myself the same question. Good luck, hope it hopes well xπŸ˜€

How on earth could you have done W2 before you did W1?

By going very slowly and knowing that all the sessions you have done up until now have made your body ready and able to keep going for the 20 mins. You CAN do it. Just have faith.

I'm quite envious of you actually because you get to experience the feeling of epicness after you've done this run. And you will do it.

The programme has prepared you for this run so you are ready. It's as much a mental challenge now as physical so keep your head together and get a mental image of how you're going to feel when you've done it and can post on here telling us all about it. Enjoy this magic moment.

Good luck - I'll be at that stage on Tuesday!

You will definitely be able to do it if you have followed the programme up until now. Slow and steady worked for me. W5R3 is such a milestone run and you will feel so amazing once you have done it. Good luck - let us know once you've done it!! x

You WILL do it and the high you experience when Laura tells you to stop will be out of this world, you'll be grinning from ear to ear!
