Cor blimey guvenor that was a tough one on me plates of meat. Think it might be the jet lag off of my international travels to France (it was after all 1hr 40min long). I can't imagine for one minute it could have been the vin rouge or pain au raisin that contributed to my pain today πŸ₯πŸ₯πŸ·πŸ·?

First half not too bad thinking about work later on and my new job interview next week (eek). Second half mainly concentrating on staying upright and putting one foot in front of the other.

Very happy when Sarah said 5mins to go so head down and pushed on. Even managed to up the speed for last 30secs then went back to look for my lungs who had jetisoned at start of said dash lol.

Still very happy to have done it and as I say after every run

If I can do it anyone can

Good luck with all your runs this week πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

You got thisπŸ‘

Now how do i get these lungs back in?

Congratulations! You completed the run! And omg without lungs - that's like superhuman achievement!!! I think you have to fort find your lungs then wash them properly, maybe even soak in bath, after good drying, you can try to suck them in via nose or by immersion maybe?

The thought of sucking my lungs in through my nose just made me laugh out loud. Very funny 🀣🀣🀣

I think having looked it up on Google (other search engines are available) I am going to have to make a fairly long incision in my chest and try and tuck them back in that way. It says skill level medium πŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺ🀣🀣

Btw, are you sure you lost them? Mine like o hide somewhere under the stomach as a protest against hard work or a childish play.

Well done, I did the same run yesterday and found it tough. Have a bit of a niggle in my hamstring today so hoping it'll be ok for run 2 tomorrow. The joys of being an athlete eh πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
