After a few days not being able to get out due to awful weather finally managed to complete my final run and it felt GREAT. Thanks everyone for your support and sound advice which I followed. Now I intend to do park runs and keep on running. These 9/10 weeks have been an interesting journey and at times a challenge. For any of you just starting your journey or on its path - keep on keeping on, you can do it! Enjoy your week everyone.

Well done 👍😃🏅🏃‍♀️

Keep running It’s fine to run in the rain. Invest in a cap 🧢. 👍😃🏃‍♀️

Hi, it wasn't so much the rain but the wind. I run along country lanes with falling branches etc and didn't want to be harpooned by a vicious oak bough.

Thanks for the encouragement, I will keep running. 😎🍃👍

I know what you mean. It’s hard to run on all the debris on the ground too. It’s not really safe out there when it’s blowing gales.

Thanks very much. Can't wait to see 'Graduate' next to my name! At last I have a degree 😁

It's now there next to your username, degree, same as me as well, that's my only degree, there was a college graduate here on C25K a few months ago who told us that her C25K graduation was more important to her than her college graduation.

Well done you have done really well, I can’t wait to get there, just done week 7 run 2 after work, found it a bit hard after being in the office all day but didn’t give up, does the steady increase on week 8 and 9 help? I seem to get halfway through the run and the mindset kicks in knowing that all I have to do is press on and get through the 5 minute blocks until the end.

I had a hard run in W8 but took people's advice and slowed my pace which worked. I looked at it by saying you can run 25 mins and you can run 3 mins which by now is easy, the same for W9 - you can run 28 mins and you can run 2 mins easily. Hope this helps, you just have to do what works best for you. The programme is designed to enable you to achieve 30/5k. Keep on keeping on. Happy running 👍😁👏
