I’ve graduated!! W9r3 completed!! 😆

Can’t believe I’ve done it! What a journey to get to here... I remember week 1 thinking there is no chance I would be running for 30 mins! I’ve absolutely loved the last few months and can’t wait for my first race! Thank you everyone for their support and advice. So glad I joined here. Nice to hear how everyone else is getting on too!! Xx

Everyone’s different. But as long as your running for 30 mins that’s a win.. as I was told early on in the year. Distance will come
