W9r3 mission accomplished !

Well what a journey it’s been ! So glad I stuck with it and feel really great ! Off on a few weeks break to the Cotswolds for Christmas and New Year but guess what ?! I’m taking my running gear with me ... certainly don’t want to undo all the good work .

Checked I can use the gym at local hotel so every second day 5k should keep the Christmas excess at bay and hopefully consolidate my 5k .

Merry Christmas everyone you have all been so supportive ...... keep running !

Congratulations, fellow graduate! And great plan for consolidation of the festive period - should burn off a few mince pies and stay fit at the same time!
