I cannot believe I have managed to run for 30 minutes and for the first time I completed 5k in the 30 mins too! What a great programme this is, accessible to everyone with this amazingly supportive forum too. Fab!

Not so fab, is the fact I seem to have plantar what do you call it. Gutted :-( So I'm busy looking up treatments for that and hoping I can keep going after a bit of rest and stretching.

Plantar fasciitis needs to be taken seriously. It has stopped people running in the past.

Rest up and get good advice, preferably professional.

You might try slowing down once you get going again.

Oh, and by the way, many congratulations.

Congratulations on your graduation 🎉🎉

That's a fantastic achievement! I'm still dreaming about 5k in 30 mins! About to take up the challenge again in about half an hour when my pasta has settled. I don't run well unless I've had something to eat. Morning runs are not successful even with breakfast!hope you can get going again soon but take care!
