Graduated a couple of weeks ago and have been keeping up with the 3 runs a weeks. My thoughts have been that 30 mins is enough im happy with that i have not wanted to a step more!!.....untill this morning. I downloaded the 5k plus podcasts and did the 35 min stamina run with coach Laura. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Im looking forward to the speed and the stepping stone podcasts now.

30 minutes is enough... but then the long runs will help you cover more distance in half an hour, so why not?! Keep on running and keep on loving it.
