Hi all, I graduated a couple of weeks ago and have carried on with my 3 runs a week covering 5k each time. I went out this morning and everything felt right. My breathing was fine the sun was shining and I managed to run 3.51 miles (without stopping) in 39.01 minutes. I am so happy I felt like that was my best run. Keep going everyone on the C25K because you can do it I am living proof. Have a lovely day everyone x

It’s so hard when you finish as I felt lost but kept at it and it really does fall into place. Keep going your doing really well and you will get there with grit and determination. 👍🏼😀

Lots of consolidation is great :) Time to vary the routes and the distances too:)

Hi Sue1421

Great post! And a real incentive to those of us starting week 4! I would love to think that I can get to the end of this programme and keep on running.

Thanks for all the positivity.

Hi JoP61

You can definitely do it I assure you. Just keep at it. At week 4 I was really struggling so it’s achievable. Good luck just keep going nice and slow and you will graduate before you know it 🏃🏼‍♀️👌

Thanks - I keep feeling as though I must be at my limit but then I manage just a little bit more. Like doing the first run of week 4 this morning - who knew I could run for 5 minutes?!
