Just completed Run 1 of Week 5. Am planning to do the second run on Tues with blocks of 8 min running.....but how have people found the jump to 20 mins running on the 3rd run of the week? Seems like such a big increase!

Just finished WK5 on Fri nite..I found the 20min run was ok..I seem 2 b able 2 do the longer runs easier than run/walk intervals. Couldnt believe it when Jo said I was half way thru, then a 15min update then b4 u know ur finished..I let a victorious squeal out of me 🤣

Hi Vic

It does feel like a big jump but you are already doing 20mins of fast exercise you are just changing the fast walking to jogging

No medals for speed and it is all psychological

Just pace yourself and it will be a breeze

Good luck

You got this

No worries.. you are ready for this.. slow and steady and just one foot after the other.

Logistically it is not a big leap at all :) Check out some past posts on this.

You are doing wonderfully... believe it:)
