Have faith in the programme.

Once you get into a steady rhythm time will fly by.

You CAN do this.

Ian.

I was in exactly the same position as yourself this time last week. Just seemed impossible, like the app was having a laugh! Managed to do it in the end. Now struggling a bit on W6 but have learned a bit of wisdom in the struggle i.e. you don't have to finish every run first time. The more goes at it, the more you're building up your strength. Give W5R3 a spin, you may just amaze yourself, like I did. And you've done amazing to get this far! You'll SMASH this! Cheers and good luck

Hey folks completed the 20 min run, 5 min walk took me to .5km then started running first 10 mins was a killer at 12mins knew I could do it, continued for 23 mins to run 3k and walked last . 5k , I enjoyed it slight drizzle and I seemed to be comfortable running not too warm.

I listened to music don’t think I heard any song in the first 10 mins but after that enjoyed the songs ..... feeling good .

For any of the fellow gaspers starting this journey it’s so achievable, slow and steady my time was not much better running than walking so slowly slowly is the advice . I’ll try and find Polly’s post to update her as I know she’s going for her 20 mins as well

Probably up there as one of my favourite runs! don't worry about it, you are prepared, you have done the work, your body is ready :) it's scary but it's mental not physical scary. you did 2x8mins with a brisk walk in between, you're actually going to be active for less time on the next run.....oh and you only have to run once....1 run and you're done! give it a go, if it's too much try it again the next time. but you can do it and the buzz after is insane :)

Nah, you'll do it, just like thousands of people before you. C25K works. Just take it slow and steady like Oldfloss tells you to.

It isn't.. and you can do it...:)

Slow, steady... just relax and trust the plan...Just believe and achieve :)

It will be your shortest workout since W3.

W5R2 is one minute longer.

You can do it.
