Why did I give myself such a hard running route?! Aside from a brief downhill jog, I was pretty much always on an incline. Didn't cover as much distance but this was the first time in a long time that my legs felt sore the next day. Think I'll end week 8 with a field run!

If you did the route the other way I'm guessing you would be downhill most of the way? But trail running defo the best 🤗
