We DID it!!! It took a little longer than planned because of injuries but here we are 12 weeks later, W9R3 completed with smiles on our faces and a massive feeling of achievement π.
I would like to thank everyone who has given their advice and support over the last 12 weeks but a special thanks to misswobble, Rignold and Oldfloss ππ», your experiences and expert advice was invaluable to myself and my husband and we really appreciate it.
Good Luck to everyone who is on their journey - keep going and you will smash it too πββοΈππ xx

Yeay!!!! That smile says it all!!! Huge congratulations you Graduates you!!!
You have done amazingly, and the best bit?
This journey goes on... as runners, ( great eh?) ... you get to decide how to move forward, and as ever, the forum is still here for you. We will be around to advise, ( if you wish it) and suggest options to carry on running. Our lovely running legs take a long time to grow.. and this is just the start!
After a few weeks, trying those options, you may, just may, want to think about moving forward in distance and we can help there too
But for now... bask in the well-deserved glory. and get ready for the Graduation Party.. we will all be there, cheering you on...
Have a super day... and maybe a treat for you both?
Go get those badges, they are all polished and waiting!
Thank you so much!! It's an emotional day for us, never thought we would do it but we did. We are planning a 5k run in the Lake District in 3 weeks time and would love to do a Park Run when we're home. Once these are completed we will try to run for longer but we know are legs are only starting to grow (as some runs are still tough). We will keep in touch on the forum because it's so great - thanks again ππββοΈπ
