Graduation 🏃‍♀️!

I did it!!! Put in 3 miles today on my last mcg break and graduated the program!!! Already downloaded the 10K pro app!!! YAY!!! The sense of accomplishment is AMAZING and I cancan believe I ran for 32 minutes without slowing or stopping!!!! Keep it up every one...when I began in October, I barely could make it through the 60 second run intervals, and now I’m killin’ it!!!! Thank you to everyone in this forum for the advice, encouraging words and helping me feel a part of something bigger....from out here in Oregon, USA! This group helped me stay motivated and I’ll be looking to be in the 10K group for sure!!!!
