W5R2: I am happy bunny!

I thought I wouldn’t get chance to run today esp. with the rain and I was actually annoyed at that! But, luckily, I was able to do the run today. ‘twas a windy run today but a happy one! I love windy runs as I feel like I’m running faster/flying when I’m not 😂. I can confirm Week 1 was definitely harder. Still learning that slow lesson - caught myself speeding up a few times. Definitely would have regretted it later. Excited for the challenge of the next run 🏃🏻‍♀️

You’ve got this! You have already proved you can do it so it’s a mental challenge now.

Good job... it takes time to get used to managing pace, but it’s a skill that will serve you well your whole running career.

You got that next one... relax and enjoy it.

Oh wow! I love when I have wind in my back :D Last time I had wind straight into my face, even my dog wasn't very happy about it.

Yes, it definitely matters what direction the wind is 😂 Also, by the time I started running in evening, the wind had died down to a gentle ‘I’m on your side’ wind. Wind in the face is no fun.

Ufff... I started to worry that I may be wierd and not like the wind, while you have a flying superpowers of it. But as we agreed it depends on the runner-wind direction dependency.

"running faster/flying" ... love that, totally get it, it can be so invigorating. When I started c25k I set a rule that I'd do my runs regardless of weather, no excuses, no exceptions. To be fair, I've got away quite lightly with that!

That was my plan. I do want to do a rain run. But, if it raining before I’m already out there, it’s hard to make myself get out the door
