It was hot, sandy and windy, and I did it! I have definitely completed my 9 weeks now - how do I get a graduate badge?! And is there any news on the bridge to 10k?

My Dad was so proud today to see me run, best father's day gift I could have given :) Thanks couch to 5k, best thing I've ever done!

well done you - My daughter inspired me to do couchto5k and I did and we had a great day on Father's Day we did a half hour run together (and I'm 64!!)

Get your dad involved.
