Shall I or shan't I?

Some days are just hard to get out door... I’m redoing a lot of runs because felt I hadn’t ‘got it’ although I know I should be able to!!

Today is one of those days... I can hear the wind... and it’s telling me “it’s too windy to run”... I have guests staying over and I’m thinking “I can’t leave them” ...

so you know what? Just writing this makes me think “I’m going to go out the door even if I just walk!”

I did week 8 run 3 a day or so ago... so I know I’m doing ok ...

All the self doubts just come in a surge....

If I make getting out the door my goal I know I can do it!! Tiny steps!! 🦶🦶🦶🦶

Wow! Week 8? Speaking as someone trying to force myself out the door for the final run of week3 - you get out there woman and forget repeating runs. That graduation badge is only 3 runs away!

There's no other advice except, stop thinking, lace up your shoes and get out there.

You’re so right!! Over thinking is a killer!!

I did go and actually listened to podcast about healthy eating and lifestyle whilst I ran... very interesting and kept my head positive!
