Beautiful morning and a lovely treat on the creek

I haven’t been out for two weeks due to various changes of work routine and topped by a lovely long weekend in Bruges. I may have indulged in a few Baileys hot chocolates whilst there in the Christmas market so a run was definitely needed!

We did a gentle 3.5K run through the park and saw these lovely visitors - although they weren’t impressed with Ebony!

Today was the first time I wore my running gloves this autumn /winter, it’s definitely getting colder. I’d much rather have it crisp and cold than wet and windy any day.

Visiting Bruges has definitely got me in the 🎄spirit! 🙂

What a lovely place for a run! Definitely gloves weather though. I bought a pair of mittens in the charity shop and may try them next time

It is indeed lovely and it raises my spirits on mornings like this. Yes you are right I think gloves will be a staple from here on in. ❄️

Lovely run. I bought running gloves about six weeks ago and so far remember that I bought them about three minutes into each run! One of these days I'm going to remember them BEFORE I leave the house! 🤣

I know what you mean 🤣 My top tip is to keep them in your trainers but even then I sometimes forget to actually put them on!
