Just got back from my run today! I do have to say whoever designed this program is amazing as this run didn’t feel that much harder than last week. I wonder how they decided what each jumps are going to be, especially with week 5 and the slight change in format. I was all ready to leave when my annoying bluetooth headphones starting acting up. After turning it off and on again (classic 😌) a few times, they decided to work. Hurrah! I did have to have a super quick pause during the warm up walk to quickly loosen my shoes. Otherwise, I persevered despite the hiccups - steady mental push all the way through. I had to switched to Laura last week as Sarah was glitching in the app and quite enjoying her little quips about her experience with the program! I am smiling at the ‘you ran for a total of 15 minutes.’ That infamous 20 minute run isn’t so scary when you look at that.

Great job. That 20 isn’t scary at all when you add the brisk walks into what you just did. Enjoy the next one.

Just slow your speed down a bit bluepanda when you get to the 20 minuter.
Honestly - you'll get annoyed at having to do intervals again in week 6

Although it seems the runs are getting harder, believe me, you are over the mental and physical hump. It doesn't get easier, but it gets more fun. 👍
If a program can get me running, then it can fix almost anyone.👣👣👣👣👣👣
