Completed this run early this morning. Really enjoyed it. Didnโ€™t push further for 5k this time was a good girl and stuck to my 30 minutes in which I achieved 4.11k. I think I will reach 5k in 30 minutes but need an easy flat route ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. My woodland route has lots of logs and tree stumps to negotiate and has a few inclines. I started the program there and am determined to finish there. The weather has been kind to me during the past nine weeks ๐Ÿ˜Š. Good luck everyone else running this week.

Well done, the finish line is ahead. I have 4 more to go! Can't believe I've stuck it out tbh

Perfect... youโ€™ve done 5k, no point doing it again just yet. One to go and youโ€™re so strong. Youโ€™re right about the pace... find a flat parkrun and youโ€™ll be 30 or close from what you describe.

Enjoy every step of that graduation run.

Excellent news indeed! We are so proud of what you have done so far, and only a tiny fraction to go. Let us know the moment it's all complete and the shiny grad badge adorns your profile.

Watch those roots as the days grow dimmer. An excellent headtorch will be the order of the day for Christmas.

Well done. Week 9 run 2 is my next run. So amazed that iโ€™ve got this far and actually look forward to exercising! I set my Strava to begin with the walking so cheat a bit on distance- but even with that iโ€™ve only made it to 2.8 miles. Desperate to make the 3.1 miles!
