Enjoyed my final 30 minutes as an undergraduate.

I have no idea about my pace as I changed my route slightly to lose reference points which could have enticed me to go for more speed. I encountered more dog walking traffic than usual and almost turned my ankle before jogging but overall a pleasant end to the program.

I will stick to easy paced 30 minutes for a couple of weeks and then look at the 5K+ material I think.

Well done! I'm doing the same as you - a few runs to keep going then some stepping stones if I can get my iPod to synch properly!
