I decided that I was going to run beyond the 30 minutes today and keep going until I hit the 5k mark! The pace and time really don’t bother me at the minute I’m just absolutely over the moon I can run 5k without stopping!
9 weeks ago I couldn’t run for 90 seconds without feeling like I had to stop. This programme really does work & im so happy!
I’ve also lost a stone in weight since starting the programme, having originally only starting this programme for weight loss I’m chuffed!
Couple more stone to go, I’m not gonna stop running! Next goal is to run 5k in under 30 minutes

You absolutely will get there! If you follow the programme your body is more than prepared you just need to believe in yourself. I told a friend I was going for the 5k before I went out to do it so when I felt like giving up I knew I couldn’t because I’d committed to do it. Good luck with your journey
