W5R3: no wonder that was a struggle

The start of my run is up a slope so when Runkeeper told me the first km was 20 seconds under the pace I wanted I knew it was going to be difficult. A bit later I FINALLY remembered that I used to have Runkeeper set to tell me my time every half km to warn me earlier to slow down. Ah well, I did it, though I was so glad when the 20 minutes was up. The last bit was slow but overall I was only 2 seconds slower than I've ever run 3 km.
