Week 2... Run 1 now that was an interesting experience, I was a little uneasy about as I had gotten use to Jo in Week 1 and knew when to expect her... Week 2, I must admit I was sort of waiting for her to let me know the run was done.
Point for improvement - stop focusing on Jo because that doesn’t help my concentration 🙄. Such a muppet.
The run overall, I managed it. At some points I didn’t manage the whole 90 second run but was mere seconds
Another point for improvement - you managed to run 90 seconds, so obviously you can do it again. Maybe you need a mantra or make up an imaginary story or list of things I probably won’t end up doing.
I did enjoy the run and I love how at the end I know I’ve worked hard. Gross but... the visible sweating and stink is a good indicator. I feel I am going to sleep well tonight and roll on Thursday!!
On a side point I think my body wants carbs as almost ate my lunch for tomorrow and had to force myself away from it! 😂😂😂 clearly craving my pasta!
