You are at the same stage as I am Barrie....my first week had two sessions on the treadmill and one in the woodlands very nearby to me. The woodland sessions was much more enjoyable! But as I work full time, that will either have to be very early in the morning or at the end of the day until the light extends a little more. Good luck this week! My first one of week 2 is tomorrow too.
Well done you! When I started week 2 I just found it too hard, so did week 1 again. After that I managed weeks 2 and 3 without giving up and just finished second run of week 4. I now look on 90 second runs with fondness. Keep at it, Laura knows what she's doing!
Well done, you're already thinking about your next one so that's good. When I started I thought I had paused the app I couldn't believe how long 60/90 seconds felt like! Stick with it and you will be fine. x
I felt dizzy on ny last run (week 1 -R3) and I've just had some breakfast of porridge with half banana so once that's gone down I will b doing my week 2 run 11. My knees are a bit stiff despite a 2 day rest! I will let you know how it goes.
