Decided to get the run out of the way so did it this morning (have been used to running around 4pm). Found it quite hard and never really seemed to get into my stride until the very last few minutes. Felt really tired today and even had to walk for about 10-20s when I reached the halfway mark. But I did increase my distance on the run compared to Wk6 R3 (2.8km v 3.4km today) so that at least is pleasing. Hopefully next run will make me feel better

Wise words misswobble. Running to time rather than distance took the pressure off for me. Pace will come as you progress through your journey. Your doing fab👍🏻
Well done KD, I feel the same when I can't do my mornings it does really throws me off.
So you felt that you had more to give when you were doing the 8:55 pace and now you’ve done 7:21 per km that seems quite a jump, so maybe there’s a nice sweet spot somewhere in the middle of those. It is difficult to judge… If only we could program ourselves to a speed limit like a treadmill - turn the dial and go!!! I guess it comes with time. Well done 😀
