Didn’t go out first thing as it was too hot by the time I got going. Was busy on my feet all day and then had to wait until the sun started to go down.
Wasn’t feeling it but wanted to do the run as Sunday is my run day and it spurs me on.
Didn’t get into a comfortable pace until around the 8 min mark, why does it feel a slog early on? Then felt good until Jo said 20 mins... what another 5 minutes, did finish and tried to push hard on the last minute, but I was so pleased when she told me time was up.
I think my body was tired as felt knackered before I went out, but was determined and I did do 25mins of running and more exercise and it was 23 degrees still - yay 😁
Also kept thinking “ need to be with my week 7 team “ no lagging behind 😉. Love this forum !

Well done! I enjoyed your blog. By recording that it was difficult in places but you overcame the obstacles makes me a feel more normal!! I also did not want to be left behind! Still very hard to believe we're running 25 minutes! Be well and good luck.
Well done I did mine this morning I agree the first bit is always a slog just after the brisk walk and the first 5mins run. I pushed up my pace for the last bit as suggested and felt good. Roll on week 7 Wednesday .Jules
