I honestly could cry with happiness this morning!!Read a some posts and watched a Japanese slow run video on YouTube after seeing it mentioned. Then dragged myself out of bed for W9R3 - well, the sun was shining and for the first time since I started C25K, I decided to run until I heard the bell, turned around and headed back to base - literally a WINNER, to me anyway. I canβt run 5k in 30 minutes and maybe I never will - but the sense of achievement I feel right now is amazing.
Keep going everyone, you can do this!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K.
To get your graduation badge and the
word GRADUATE π next to your username leave a message on the May graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated π ππΎ
I have always done that with a laptop, to be honest I am not sure how to do it on Mobile I don't see where the pinned post are, also, on some devices your graduation badge and the word Graduate does not appear, perhaps someone else can help you regarding mobiles.
Thank you. Feel really good about it. First βsoloβ run tomorrow - looking forward to it. How are you getting on and how long have you got to go? π
I bet you do and so you should, its something I think we all struggle to believe we can do so to achieve it must be such a great feeling. I completed week 5 run 1 today, struggled with the middle 5 mins as was on an incline all the way π₯΅ I am really enjoying it though and putting all my faith in the programme, doing as I'm told in the hope I get where you are π good luck with your solo run, will probably feel strange without Laura
Oh gosh! Inclines π - BUT well done, will all be of benefit to you. Have belief in yourself, sometimes itβs mind over matter - I used to say that to myself when things got tough - βcome ON, you CAN do thisβ Laura was a great help - will definitely miss the encouragement πππ»
