Just back from completing W9R3!

Elated, even though my one ankle is sore. Cold pack and elevation coming up!

I started 14th August and have completed before 14th December - so four months from start to Graduation.

Hope the habit is well embedded now so Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays keep feeling like they need running to be complete - or the nearest opportunity in extremis.

Thanks for the support, encouragement and general camaraderie of this Forum, it’s really been the icing on the cake to feel I’m not alone in this endeavour. 🍾🥂

Loving your Avatar / photo!

Well done on graduating.

I graduated last month and have worked on building up running time. Distance was irrelevant as it increases with running time anyway.

Have a fantastic Christmas 🎄

Thank you - I agree about the time/distance thing. It all depends on what one hopes to achieve I suppose?
