Great news! I completed couch to 5k this evening it's taken a little longer than 9 weeks as I started mid January and have repeated some runs. Some weeks only getting in 2 runs but I have done it! It was a lovely sunny evening to graduate and that's one of the best things for me getting outside and enjoying being in the great outdoors. 2 cute little bunnies ran across my path this evening! 🐰🐰They were speedier of course! I am thrilled I have achieved this I hope I continue running and improving. Looking forward to my second Parkrun on Saturday. As lots of people say on here, if I can do it anybody can! Believe in the programme it works . Happy running all you runners πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌ

Congratulations to you Keston54 on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, soon you will be able to run as fast as those little bunnies you saw today. 😊

Well done!

My next run will be w8r1 I started in February and repeated runs to gain confidence.

I am going to start zero to hero at social park next week it's a free course run by experienced coaches.

I've never run in my life. What's your next step?xx

Hi this is all new for me as well I was always the last to be picked for a team at school in PE. So I was not v confident at the start. I don't have the bug to go on and sign up for a marathon even10 k or race I am very happy to work on improving my time at the local park run. Joining a local running club seems like a good idea and I am thinking about that too. Slow and steady runs the day. I think it's great to take this adventure at our own pace. But next steps today to buy some new running trainers. All best wishes to you are so close to completing the programme.
