this week I finally completed Couch to 5K, Boy what a journey this has been but I’m so glad I’ve done it.
Now I intend to do Couch to 10k or at least try.
At the beginning when I started in March, and never believed I will be able to run for 40 minutes and run 5k after having a heart attack in dec and a stent fitted in January, I couldn’t even walk around a shop let alone run 5 k.
The program is amazing and if you just started out don’t get despondent it’s not going like you want it to just keep going and you’ll get there and if you have to re-run the runs then do so because I did many times and now I can safely say I can run 5K
