So disappointed 😞 got to run 1 week 9 on couch to 5k finally starting to enjoy my runs. I’ve pulled my calf muscle and it’s really painful. I did last week and have rested for a week. Tried again tonight and 7 mins in and it’s gone again. Any advice??

You poor soul ! Things which work for me are running on softer surfaces ie not tarmac or paving; going just a little slower, and focusing on running on the middle of my feet (I tend to walk on my heels and that hurts when I run). There are bound to be a load more suggestions along soon. Hope you find something that works for you x
Have you seen a physio? You may need it assessed and a tailored plan putting together. If there’s a wait consider going to a specialist sports physio to get seen faster, there’s a cost but it could get you back out there a lot faster with a lot less chance of pulling it again.
If a week rest has not cured itI would consult a physio.
