Hi Mitchm77, Sounds a painful injury, glad you’re on the mend. I think only you know what your going to be comfortable with, but how about W5R1, it’s staggered and the runs aren’t too long. If that proves too easy, you could move to W6R1 the next time. Just be careful and listen to your body, hope all goes well.....Good Luck 👍🏃♀️
Hi Mitchm77 - you have my sympathy - I had a nasty calf tear at Week 8 of the program and was out for even longer! 😩 I can't remember which week I went back to but I think it was 3 or 4(!) I also had one false start where I had to take another weeks break. It's tough - but on the positive, that was all five years ago now and I have not had any further problems with my calves. I have run up to HM distance as well.

Maybe go for a long stroll initially to see if you can feel any twinges? Or just drink vodka to numb the pain? 😉
