Third run this week. Two 30mins runs and tonight, a 5k run. The time was 38mins, 28secs which is 7secs more than last week's timed 5k. The run did feel harder than usual so I'm happy with the time The plus side is that I managed to run for a whole 7 seconds more than last week!! I feel like a politician adding spin to figures to make them look good.
But, seriously, I'm still getting out there three times per week and running at least 30mins each time. That alone to me, is worth far more than knocking off seconds. Keep on running, fellow runners.

Great job mate... those 7 seconds can make a huge difference! You’re doing really well, just don’t run for parliament... it’d be a shame to have to hate you 😂😂
Yes, that’s a fair old achievement. Loving the title PGR6!! So organised aren’t you! My post grad runs are recorded on 3 different media and make no sense whatsoever!
Thank you, my not so old friend Quite a few posters mention post graduate runs, so PG and the run number seemed obvious. We'll have to party when it gets to PGR100
I’ll never know. I’ve got 20 and a half runs on Endomondo, a few on my health app, 8 on my Garmin watch.... but some runs overlap and have been recorded twice. I’m lost in technology. All I know is I only now seem to be able to do PG2K occasionally and PG5K is a scary thing that I could do once but I’ve forgotten how to!!
Oh dear! Welcome to the PG world folks. It’s not quite as ordered as C25K!
Yes, I will. I’ve just done a mixture of different things post grad. The odd 2 to 6km run. 5 park runs, the odd 10 km on the exercise bike and doing at least 10,000 steps a day at work. So I’m pretty fit and only 8 stone 13 so I’m ok. Just lacking a bit of structure and missing the discipline I had before. 🤷🏼♀️
