But no more πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Had a blast, totally loved it and would really recommend it to anyone who hasn’t run one before.

Surprised as I thought it was for fun!! The whole parkrun was in front of me, it was like they all sprinted!! ...well felt that way. I could here oldfloss in my ear β€˜slow & steady’ & really tried not to get carried away as I was determined to run for the whole 5k!! Had to conquer Mount Everest too and Ben Nevis....seriously what is that all about πŸ˜‚. I was so relieved to hit the 4K marker & then almost panic when I knew I was running for the first time past 30mins 😱😱. However I wasn’t being beat by the gremlins and said to myself ...I am earning my Gin’S tonight!! Boom it worked and before I knew it I completed two firsts!! A full 5k run and running more than 30mins πŸ˜€πŸ˜€.

Great achievement running it all as well. I tried for the first time today (didn't quite manage it) it's considerably more difficult than walking some of it x

thanks, I had a blast! I really tried just to just focus on my pace, run...not sure I achieved that tho πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ and I will defo better bf doing it again xx
