So haven't done my w2 r2 yet as shins still hurting a bit....but new running trainers ordered (due tomorrow or mon) and shins starting to feel bit better so will attempt run either Sun or Mon, been thinking about my technique and where to run and sorted new play list so all back on track. Lardy arse will be back out there wibblywobbling around once more! Thanks for all the advice x much appreciated 😍😍😍🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
